Lyrical Lotulevu #5

Oops! I forgot to post the lyrics yesterday. I will do it today, even though it's Vakaraubuka.
Yesterday, Lotulevu, was my best friend since jr. high's birthday. So to honor my boy James, this week's lyrics have a friend theme. Here they are:

a. "And if you threw a party. Invited everyone you knew. Well, you would see the biggest gift would be from me..."
b. "...'cuz I have friends and that's a fact, like Angus, Agatha, Jermaine, and Jack."
c. "And I never thought I'd feel this way and, as far as I'm concerned, I'm glad I got the chance to say that I do believe I love you."
d. "Blame it all on my roots. I showed up in boots and ruined your black tie affair."
e. "An ugly woman cooks meals on time. She'll always give you peace of mind."

Good luck. I will post the answers on Vakarauwai, as usual, unless I forget that too.
Merry freakin' birthday, James.

For the record, I got them all except "Just a Friend". I knew it was familiar, but I couldn't put my finger on.
